Kurakaran Executive committee arranged its family visit 2012 at Punaloor-Karavaloor area  was on 25^th November,2012. The team includes Mr. Kurakaran A.C Thomas, Prof. John Kurakar, Mr. George Achenkunju, Mr. K.C Samuel, Mr. C. Varghese and Mr. T. Abraham. The team visited 20 residences in Punaloor and Karavaloor.

KURAKARAN WOMEN’S ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING-2012

The annual meeting of the kurakaran women’s association was held on 24^th November,2012 at Kurakar Green villa, the residence of Mr. PMG Kurakaran. The meeting was started at 3.30 pm with the devotional songs and prayer. PMG Kurakar welcomed the members. Mrs. .Chinnamma John, president of the association presided. Prof. John Kurakar, Mr. George Achenkunju, Mr. K.C Samuel,Prof. Molly Kurakar spoke on the occasion. Mrs Animon Thomas, secretary presented the annual report. The association also arranged a photo session. The meeting concluded at 5 pm with prayer by Mrs. Sali Raju.

KURAKARAN KUDUMBAYOGAM COMMITTEE MEETING AT MANGOTTU VEEDU

  The monthly (November-2012) meeting of the Kurakaran Kudumbayogam was held on 18^th November, 2012 at Karickom Kurakaran  Mangottu house. The meeting was began at 4 pm with prayer by Kurakaran A.C Thomas. Mr. George Mathew Mangottu welcomed the members. Mr. A.C Thomas, president of the Kudumbayogam presided. The committee paid rich tribute to the memory of beloved Chekkalizhikathu Ammachi , who died last month. Mr. George Achenkunju, secretary presented the monthly report. Prof. John Kurakar, Chief Editor, Kudumbayogam delivered the introductory speech. The committee discussed various subjects related to the annual function.

ARTS FESTIVAL

Kurakaran Valiyaveettil Kudumbayogam was conducted “Kurakaran  Cultural Forum Competitions on 13^th November,2012 ( Deepavali Day) at Kurakar City Center Ayppalloor. The programme was begun at 10.30 am with prayer by Mrs. Chinamma John, President of the Kurakaran Women’s Association. Master Athul George Kurakar welcomed the members. Master Aji.K. Kurakar inaugurated the arts festival. Mrs. Chinamma John presided. Prof. John Kurakar, Co-ordinator delivered the introductory speech. Mr. Bobby Kurakar, Mr. PMG Kurakaran, Mr. K.C Samuel, Mr.George Achenkunju, Prof. Molly Kurakar, Mr. T. Abraham, Mr. C.T Jose, Mr. Kunjumon Cherukara and Mr. Thomas Kurakar spoke on the occasion.

The forum conducted Light Music, Elocution, Quiz and Drawing competitions. More than 65 members participated. The cash awards and prizes will give on 29^th December, 2012, the annual function of the Kudumbayogam at Ayppalloor, newly build Kudumbayogam auditorium.
